Nicky co-founded Chronos Sustainability in 2017 with Rory Sullivan. A global expert in animal welfare and corporate responsibility, Nicky develops and leads a range of complex multi-stakeholder sustainability initiatives.
Leading the development of the Business Benchmark on Farm Animal Welfare.
Nicky has led the development of the Business Benchmark on Farm Animal Welfare (BBFAW) and is currently Executive Director of the BBFAW. She also manages the secretariat for the Global Coalition for Animal Welfare, enabling Unilever, Nestlé, Aramark, Compass Group, Elior Group and IKEA Food Services to work pre-competitively to advance global animal welfare standards. Nicky has worked on data management systems and reporting across a range of ESG issues including wildlife, supply chain ethics, human rights and diversity. Nicky co-authored The Business of Farm Animal Welfare (Routledge, 2017).
