Responsible climate change lobbying consultation - your questions answered!
On 14 July 2020, Chronos Sustainability hosted two Q&A webinars as part of the wider consultation on responsible climate change lobbying that has been instigated by AP7, BNP Paribas Asset Management, and the Church of England Pensions Board. In the attached note here, we present the main questions raised in the webinars and the project team’s answers to those questions.
AP7, BNP Paribas Asset Management, The Church of England Pensions Board and Chronos Sustainability are developing a framework that will assist investors and other stakeholders in assessing whether and to what extent corporate lobbying is aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.
The consultation seeks stakeholder feedback on responsible climate change lobbying practices and will be open for your participation until 24th July 2020. Learn more and participate and/or watch the webinar video below.
