    Rory co-founded Chronos Sustainability in 2017 with Nicky Amos. An internationally renowned expert on climate change and sustainable Investment, he is also Visiting Professor in Practice in the Department of Geography and Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

    Nicky co-founded Chronos Sustainability in 2017 with Rory Sullivan. A global expert in animal welfare and corporate responsibility, Nicky develops and leads a range of complex multi-stakeholder sustainability initiatives.

    Robert works across Chronos' responsible investment programmes with a particular focus on sustainability data and reporting, issue specific environmental and social projects, and on policy.

    Sebastien takes a leading role in the research and secretariat services that Chronos provides to the Global Investor Commission on Mining 2030 and other work related to the mining sector. He also contributes to the company’s wider work including its Responsible Investment programme.

    Gemma leads Chronos’ Biodiversity and Nature programmes with both investors and with companies.

    Manager, Biodiversity and Nature

    Rebecca supports the development and execution of Chronos’ biodiversity and nature-based programmes. She provides technical and programme management support, project leadership and is a regular commentator on nature-related issues in the financial and corporate sectors.

    Laura supports the design, development and execution of the firm’s agriculture, biodiversity and nature-based programmes.

    Nathan is responsible for leading our major multi-stakeholder programmes, including the Business Benchmark on Farm Animal Welfare and the Global Coalition for Animal Welfare.

    Basia leads and manages many of our farm animal welfare benchmarks including the Business Benchmark on Farm Animal Welfare (BBFAW) and Crustacean Compassion. She also contributes to our wider programme of work on food and health.

    Hannah leads the firm’s core health programmes and provides technical consultancy, project management and delivery on global benchmarking, best practice, and disclosure initiatives.

    Katherine supports the management and delivery of several flagship programmes including the Global Coalition for Animal Welfare (GCAW), and the Business Benchmark on Farm Animal Welfare (BBFAW). Katherine also contributes to the company’s extensive corporate work on animal welfare, sustainable food and health-related issues

    Briony is a sustainability manager with over 20 years’ experience, focusing on sustainability strategy and policy, carbon inventories, behavioural change and sustainability reporting for multinational companies.

    Arisa provides specialist consultancy on sustainable investment programmes and has deep experience of Asian and European financial markets.

    Dr Heleen van de Weerd is a global farm animal welfare consultant whose specialism lies in working with clients to apply welfare knowledge in order to improve the quality of animals lives as well as business performance.
